We always #keeponturning, especially the aftersales department, which is spread out between all our subsidiaries and our headquarters. All of the people on the team have a motto: always offer the best possible assistance. We believe in friendly and personalised service; our customers' problems are our problems. We like to be close to you.

The S.A.T. in numbers

Our motto is to offer friendly and decisive customer service. In 2020, our aftersales department carried out 3,741 interventions. In addition to that, we resolved 14,002 cases and requests for assistance. We delivered 3,985 spare parts.

Behind each of these numbers are the smiles of all of our aftersales engineers, including those who go out every day to our customers' premises to set up machines or conduct training, as well as the aftersales engineers who are always on the other end of the phone, ready to assist customers and resolve their queries.

We are much more than just a CNC lathe manufacturer. We try to create packages and solutions that satisfy our customers' needs quickly and effectively. One example of that is our maintenance contracts, designed to offer more for less, and to help us adapt to our customers' assistance requirements.
